Jose Mourinho and his side will need to make major improvements from their last game as the Red Devils travel to Turin for their next game against mighty Juventus who are unbeaten in all competition this term.
United lost 1-0 to the Italian side in the reverse fixture at Old Trafford and looked clueless in the game being the second best in possession, shots, corners, pass completion rate and aerial duels – all these aspects.
But with the club currently enjoying a stable time recently, with four consecutive wins in Premier League, Mourinho certainly will look up to the fixture in a more confident way and will hope to get a positive result. A win would almost guarantee them to be in the next round however a draw would also turn out as a positive result for them, who are currently second in the table with four points, two points ahead of third-placed Valencia.
However, whatever is said, the Italian side as of now looks more powerful than any other Champions league teams in the world. Massimiliano Allegri’s team are yet to lose any of the 14 games in all competitions, in fact, they have won 10 of their 11 Serie A matches. Their only blip was a 1-1 home draw with Genoa. Now with nine points from the first three fixture, the Old Lady will surely target this fixture to advance into the next round as well winning the game will make them almost certain to top the group.

Juventus v Manchester United team news:
Juventus will have a number of absentees in the game as Emre Can, Douglas Costa, Federico Bernardeschi and Moise Kean are set to sit the game out because of injury issues. Mario Mandzukic has returned to training after the ankle injury he endured prior to the reverse fixture between these two sides, although he may not be thrown straight back into the starting lineup. Sami Khedira might feature in the starting eleven for the first time since matchday one, while winger Juan Cuadrado could take the place of injured Costa in the front three alongside Ronaldo and Dybala.
United, on the other hand, are expected to line-up the same team Mourinho brought on against Bournemouth. The Red Devils will again miss their first team Romelu Lukaku who sat injured in the last Premier League game and in his place Alexis Sanchez could lead the line. Another name in the injury list is Diogo Dalot who remains sidelined for Mourinho, but Antonio Valencia and Marouane Fellaini who has been missing games for the last one month are now back in the squad and could make their own returns from injury.
