Following a huge win over Manchester United in the third round of the Carabao Cup, Frank Lampard is now all set to face his former club Chelsea FC in round four of the Carabao Cup next month.

During Lampard’s tenure with The Blues, the current Rams boss won every major honor during his 13-year stint at Stamford Bridge and remains as a former Premier League, Champions League, and FA Cup winner as well. Throughout Lampard’s Chelsea FC career, the 40-year-old successfully established himself as one of the highest rated and prolific goal scorers of all time, having bagged a total of 211 goals in over 400 appearances for The Blues.

Lampard’s Derby County, who are currently fresh-off a huge surprise penalty shoot-out win over Manchester United in the last round, will now aim to pull-off yet another shocking result by knocking out Maurizio Sarri’s Chelsea FC, who for themselves overcame Liverpool FC in a thrilling 2-1 win at Anfield in the last round.

Meanwhile, current Carabao Cup holders Manchester City will be facing off against fellow Premier League rivals Fulham, in one of all three all-Premier League fixtures, as West Ham United take on Tottenham Hotspurs, whereas, Leicester City will take on either Everton or Southampton in the next round.

Last season’s runners-up Arsenal will be welcoming League-One side Blackpool to the Emirates Stadium, whereas, lower ranked teams such as Burton Albion are at home to Nottingham Forest.
