3) Mohamed Salah (Liverpool FC) vs AFC Bournemouth:
The Egyptian King scored his 30th Premier League goal this season in a way not at all typical of him – Header! Liverpool Academy product and now a regular starter at right back, Trent Alexander-Arnold put in a brilliant cross into the penalty box with 20 odds minutes to go. The Egyptian forward out-jumped his marker Nathan Ake to score his 40th goal in all competitions this season and double Liverpool’s lead. His looping header over the head of Asmir Begovic gave the Bosnian no chance.
2) Alexandre Lacazette (Arsenal) vs Newcastle United:
The French forward returned to goal scoring ways far north in game week 34, but couldn’t save his team from losing again. 14 minutes into the game, a lofted ball by Shkodran Mustafi found Aubameyang inside the left of the box. The Gabonese forward chipped in a first time cross towards the back post where Lacazette arrived at a full stretch dive to fire in a volley into the top right corner.
1) Ayoze Perez (Newcastle) vs Arsenal:
The Spaniard has been on fire lately, scoring in back to back Premier League victories for The Magpies. After a second place last week, the Newcastle no. 17’s goal is our best goal of game week 34.
15 minutes after trailing to a Lacazette goal, Jonjo Shelvey’s long ball found Dwight Gayle inside the penalty area. The former Crystal Palace man found DeAndre Yedlin on the right, and Arsenal are immediately stretched. The American finds Perez inside the box with a low cross and the 24-year old fires a first-time shot beyond Petr Cech at the near post.
