Today we shall talk about three players who have started IPL this season extremely well and can be the stars of tomorrow-

Mayank Markande:

20 year old Mayank Markande has been the stand out youngster so far this season. The Mumbai Indians leg spinner is the current purple cap holder and has bamboozled the best of batsmen with his tricks and wrist spin int he first outings.

The Punjab born young man was introduced to a star studded Chennai Super Kings line up in the very first match and he came away with three wickets, while in the next match he grabbed four, although in both the matches Mumbai lost. But Markande’s ability and his deceptiveness has been hailed by the pundits and he is definitely one to look for the future.

Nitish Rana:

Another player who is hiking his stake price day by day is Nitish Rana. The stylish left handed batsman from Delhi is currently with Kolkata Knight Riders and is rally thriving as a mature player. Only 24 years of age, but the former Mumbai player has been superb for KKR in the early half of the season and has already snatched up back to back Man of the Match awards for his all round performances. His game reading has been brilliant, while the ability of batting is doubtless as well. The flamboyant player has been used as a bowler by Karthik and has picked up wickets as well. KKR, who have not the biggest of squads will definitely rely on Rana and it has to be seen how he capitalizes on his good start to the year this term.

Sanju Samson:

He is a veteran of IPLs, but still just 23 years old, Sanju Samson has hit the form already this season. He is the main pillar in Rajasthan Royals’ batting and it is showing in the early days as the youngster has scored 182 runs after 4 matches, one of which included a magnificent knock of 92 not out against Bangalore. He has been superb before in the IPL but haven’t yet made a cut in Indian team for some time, and he has to convert this season to a good one for the returning Royals and for him as well a route to Indian national team.
