Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante has emphasized his faithfulness in regards to his club future amidst reports connecting him with a move to Ligue 1 powerhouse Paris Saint-Germain.

The 26-year-old, who joined Chelsea from Leicester for £32m in 2016, has established himself as exceptional compared to other midfielders in Europe over the most recent three years.

Kante influenced the move to London in the wake of winning the Premier League title with Leicester and in the accompanying season, again with the Blues won the League second year in progression to become the only player since Eric Cantona in 1993 to win successive titles with different clubs.

Kante said: “I am at home. It is my club, I am a Chelsea player. This is my second year at Chelsea. After what happened last season, it was a very good one for us because we got to celebrate winning the title.

“In the second season, I have got to play in the Champions League and we are going again to finish in the top four. We will fight until the end to finish in the top four and to get in a Champions League position.

“We also have the FA Cup to play for – it is a good competition. Last season we failed in the final. It is the only trophy we can win this season, so we have to give everything to get to the final and win it,” he added.

Kante has shown up in 79 matches all rivalries since joining Chelsea in 2016 and still has three years left on his agreement. He at present is with the National team in France and could play two friendly matches against Colombia and Russia in the coming weeks.
