25-year-old Brazilian keeper Alisson has also claimed that a move to Liverpool FC tops his current wishlist and the Roma shot-stopper now favours a move to Anfield over the likes of Real Madrid and Paris Saint Germain, who are also keen on signing the Brazilian star.

Additionally, Brazilian site UOL has also revealed that Alisson is indeed close to confirming a sensational move to the red half of Merseyside and the talks between the two parties are currently at an ‘advanced’ stage and also in a shocking turns of recent events, there have been recent claims which suggested that Alisson is expected to become the world’s most expensive goalkeeper through his upcoming move to Anfield in the summer.

Alisson, who has kept 14 clean sheets from 32 games this season, has been praised by some of the respected football experts and pundits and Owen Hargreaves also labelled the prior as ‘exceptional’.

“He’s brilliant. Everybody is raving about Ederson, another Brazilian goalkeeper, these two players are exceptional.”- Hargreaves stated.

Alisson, who started his professional career with SC Internacional in Brazil back in 2013, officially signed a deal for AS Roma back two years ago and so far the 25-year-old goalkeeper has also earned 22 national caps for his country Brazil, since making his debut for the Selecao back in 2015.

With the unpredictable forms of Loris Karius and Simon Mignolet, Liverpool FC will certainly hope to add a new goalkeeper to their ranks in order to strengthen their backline, which has proved to be very inconsistent in recent times.
