Arsene Wenger spoke to the media and he has cleared the confuse regarding the Gunners’ Goalkeeping options ahead of their two cup matches this week.
The Gunners boss was asked about the potential starter of the games under the goal, and the Frenchman has ensured that it will be Colombian David Ospina, who will be at goal for them in both the matches.
Ospina has been mainly a cup goalkeeper for Arsenal in recent times but he was poised to play the North London Derby after a injury to Petr Cech, but later the Czech played at the Wembley. Ospina also played last week in the first leg of Arsenal’s Europa League tie and saved a penalty along with keeping a clean sheet.

Arsene Wenger said Yes when he was asked whether David Ospina was going to play. And then then he confirmed that the Colombian will also start in Arsenal’s Carabao Cup Final clash against Manchester City.
“It’s always a difficult decision but I think they are clear about that. Since the start of the season, it’s clear. He played in the whole competition. I have two world-class goalkeepers and I decided from the start on to have clarity in the games they play. I maintain that,” the Gunners manager further added.
