Breaking News: England International player signs first professional contract at Arsenal

Arsenal youngster Trae Coyle has signed his first professional contract at the club, as the club confirmed the news on Wednesday.

Trae Coyle, a young 17 year old has been at the Arsenal ranks for a long time now and has been a regular for the Arsenal under 18s and under 23s. A string of impressive performances has led to his first professional contract for the North London club.

The young attacking midfielder joined Arsenal in May 2009 and has been through the age groups at the North London club and finally he has earned himself a contract at his local club, as the lad is also from North London.

“I used to play for Hampstead FC when I was about seven. I just remember being a striker scoring loads of goals and having fun,” he said when he was asked about his earliest football memory.
The 17 year old also said that Arsenal came to sign him before his 9th birthday and he signed for the Gunners because he grew up supporting the Gunners and his family are Arsenal supporters.

Coyle, the England International is mainly an attacking midfielder but can play up front anywhere, as he claimed. Also he says that his favorite player is Thierry Henry and he loved him because Henry always scored when he watched him.
“I want to be the best I can, win as many trophies as I can and just be remembered,” the 17 year old said about his ambition.
“I think now it’s probably seeing all the big players every day, you see Arsene, all the first-team coaches, you get to go to every game and especially me as a fan, seeing all my idols growing up, the coach, getting to go and watch every game, that’s probably the best part,” the young man added about the things that are best about the Gunners.
