The English champions of the Previous season, Chelsea have reportedly made a comeback into Premier League following their 2-0 victory against Brighton & Hove Albion in the boxing day fixture.
Reportedly, Chelsea had started the game in a disappointing manner as all of their attacks were dismissed due to lack of penetration. But in the second half, they came back stronger and in the 46th minute, the deadlock was broken following the combination of Cesar Azpilicueta and Alvaro Morata. Like the previous few matches, we found another carbon copy of the goal as Azpilicueta’s delivery into the box was headed back into the corner of the net by the Spanish international Alvaro Morata. In the 60th minute of the game, Chelsea increased their lead following a clinical header by the Spanish left wing back Marcos Alonso. With this victory, The Blues from the West London have reduced the gap from the second-placed Machester United as The Red Devils have settled for a draw against Burnley.
