Liverpool will have a real test this Tuesday night when they will travel to Spain to contest Sevilla in UEFA Champions League group stage encounter.

The Reds are currently on a four-game winning streak and a win against the Spanish heavyweights will seal a berth in the knockouts. Los Nervionenses, however, have won four of their last five outings and a win will secure their place in the Round of 16 as well. It will be a close contest at Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium following a 2-2 draw at Anfield in the first leg.
Liverpool suffered an unfortunate 3-1 defeat to Sevilla in Europa League final last year and failed to accomplish the revenge at Anfield. They will be motivated to grab a win this time during their Tuesday night clash.

Sevilla Vs Liverpool Injuries And Suspension:

Sevilla have a couple of injury absentees in form of their defensive duo Daniel Carriço and Nicolas Pareja with muscle and pubis injuries. However, Joaquin Correa, Gabriel Mercado, and Walter Montoya will go through late fitness tests prior to their Liverpool outing.

Liverpool will be without Nathaniel Clyne who is ruled out for three further months following a back surgery. Joel Matip missed out their Saturday clash against Southampton and is set to miss the trip along with Adam Lallana who is back in full training but the gaffer is not willing to rush a return.

But the game was far from done as Firmino missed his spot-kick and Sevilla youngster Joaquin Correa scored a late second-half equalizer against all odds. The game thus ended all square at Merseyside.

Sevilla have Luis Muriel and Wissam Ben Yedder up front who are among goals. Ever Banega and Nolito will be threats too due to their vast experience at top level.

Liverpool will rely on their ‘Fab Four’ consisting Mo Salah, Sadio Mane and Brazilian duo Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino. Salah, particularly, is in a scintillating run of form and has already netted 14 goals in 18 outings for the Reds.
