Real Madrid whose prime target is Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane, are looking to bid for Rashford who remains as a ‘plan B’ for Zinedine Zidane’s side if Kane rejects Madrid’s offer next summer.

Florentino Perez is keen on bringing in a new striker in the ranks of Madrid after his team failed to sign French sensation Kylian Mbappe who signed for PSG instead.

If Kane is to sign for the Los Blancos then it is pretty much guaranteed that he will lead Real’s attack alongside the likes of Karim Benzema, Cristiano Ronaldo and former Spurs winger Gareth Bale.

However, it is still unsure whether Rashford would want to make a move away from Manchester United or not after having signed a deal with the Red Devils that will keep him at the club till 2020 and not to mention he has been a Manchester United fan since his boyhood days.

Real Madrid’s star player Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly also told his club management that he wants Marcus Rashford at the Bernabeu and suggested that Real Madrid make a move for the 19-year-old striker.

Rashford has been a very influential player for the Red Devils and has become a regular in Jose Mourinho’s squad. The striker has also represented England at the international level and continues to do so, in less than two years.

During last season, the player managed to score a total of seven goals and had three assists to his name across the Premier League and also in European competition as well. This season the teenage sensation has managed to score a total five goals and also has three assists to his name.

Rashford has mostly played on the left side of attack under Mourinho this season and is perfectly capable of operating the wider areas of the Manchester United attack.
