India vs Macau Review:
India had the upper hand in the match and it was a matter of time for the fans in Bengaluru to witness their team qualifying in Asian Cup yet again. Constantine’s boys started the game well and were comfortable in possession. Rowlin Borges opened the scoring for the Indian team, but Niki Torrao equalized for the away side. At the break it was all level in Kanteerava Stadium.
The home side started the second half in confident fashion and got their goal fifteen minutes after restart through their talisman Sunil Chhetri. Lam Ka Seng then put the ball in his own net to give India a two goal cushion. Icing on India’s cake was when Jeje scored in the end minutes to achieve a cakewalk for the Blue Tigers.
