Despite failing to grab a win against Spartak Moscow midweek in Champions League group stage outing, Liverpool are back in winning ways banking on a 3-2 away victory against Leicester City last weekend and now set to travel to Tyneside to encounter Newcastle United at St. James Park who are currently managed by Rafael Benitez, Liverpool’s most successful manager in recent history.
The Magpies suffered a 1-0 defeat to fellow promoted outfit Brighton & Hove Albion following three consecutive league wins and now desperate to get back to winning ways against a depleted Liverpool side that have been highly inconsistent so far and struggling due to their defensive frailty and poor conversion rate.
