Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez returned to training on Monday following his extended leave due to national duties. Sanchez, who has been heavily linked with a move away from the Emirates is on his last year of contract with Arsenal.
Sanchez left Chile on Sunday and confirmed his arrival through Twitter. He tweeted, “Back in London.” This was followed by another tweet a few hours later where he wrote that he is back in training. Alexis landed London via Paris and according to Sky Sports it is a simple coincidence.
Alexis is linked with a move to Manchester City or PSG as the Premier league giants are the front runners, but Arsene Wenger has repeatedly said that he expects Alexis to stay and the club won’t allow him to leave this summer. The Chilean also claimed to be sick a few days ago and that created a rage among a set of Arsenal fans, who thought that he was playing mind games with the club.
Sanchez is Chile’s all time greatest Goal scorer
When asked whwther his illness is a convenient excuse to prolong his absence from the club, Wenger said, “Your job is to be suspicious and is built on mistrust and my job is built on trust! That’s why I prefer my side of the story.”
But the tension has been cooled for now as Sanchez has joined training. The Club website confirmed his arrival and also published some images where it is seen that Alexis is running and doing work outs.
Here are some of the snaps:

Thumbs Up: Is that a sign that depicts he will stay? Only time will tell

Sanchez has had a phenomenal three seasons at Arsenal as he has netted 72 goals for them in this period.
