Chelsea man-in-charge Antonio Conte has been handed over huge boost ahead of their Premier League campaign as the star midfielder Eden Hazard is set to be fit before the anticipated time.
According to few reports, the 26-year-old midfielder was supposed to be unavailable for few months of the first half of the season following an ankle injury, that he had received during his international duties back in the month of June. But now, the player has already joined the training alone as his teammates are busy on the pre-season tour.
Following a surgery on the injury, the midfielder was ruled out for a minimum of three months initially, which resulted in a woe to the Chelsea management as this could prevent the Belgian star to feature in August and could have been worse if the player would not be fit for the next months too. Reportedly, shaking off all the worries, the midfielder has joined the training and went through some fitness session prior to the beginning of the Premier League.
Reportedly, the 26-year-old Chelsea midfielder scored a total of 16 goals in the Premier League and provided 5 assists for his team in the last season. Undoubtedly, he had a massive impact on the success of his team becoming the Champions of England. So, the availability of the player in this season also must be a key for the defending champions and the Chelsea manager Antonio Conte will be looking forward to the positive response from the injured Chelsea star.
Although Hazard has started his training, it is yet to be clear whether the Belgian superstar will be fully fit to feature against Sean Dyche’s team in the opening fixture at Stamford Bridge on 12th August. Chelsea manager Antonio Conte, as well as all The Blues fans, must be hoping for the player’s quick recovery ahead of the season as they will be looking forward to the player’s effect in defending the Premier League title.
