REVEALED : Arsenal want German star as a potential Sanchez replacement

Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez has been attracting attention from several clubs, and the Gunners are trying to get his replacement.

Arsenal have already started to look for a potential replacement for Alexis Sanchez, should the Chilean leave the Gunners in the coming summer.

Sanchez has 18 months on his contract left and is speculated to move from Arsenal as various clubs are ready to land him. And in this time Arsenal are eyeing the perfect replacement for their Chilean goal machine, who just has been sublime since joining Arsenal in 2014.

And it is understood that Gunners may go for Marco Reus as Alexis’ replacement. According to Mirror, Arsenal may bring the Borussia Dortmund ace to void the gap if Sanchez leaves. Reus has been previously linked with a move at the Emirates but it never materialized. The 27 year old is a favorite for Arsene Wenger and the Frenchman may go for him this summer. Reus’ career has been curtailed with injuries and he may look for a new adventure in the Premier League. He has scored 7 times this season in just 10 appearances.

On the other hand, Sanchez is a target for many clubs. Juventus, PSG are more than keen for his signature, but according to reports Inter Milan are also interested. The Chile International has been just outstanding for Arsenal since his joining, and has been the highest goal scorer for them, scoring 62 goals in 128 appearances. He also is in red hot form this season and already netted for 20 times.

But there are other rumours as well regarding his future, as Daily Star claims that Sanchez may leave Arsenal to join Sevilla who are offering him back for his life in Spain. The Chilean is a big fan of his former national team boss Jorge Sampaoli and could be reunited with the Argentine coach in La Liga.

Amid all these, Arsenal will be doing everything possible to keep Sanchez at North London, but if he goes, Marco Reus won’t be a bad option for the Gunners.
