Transfer: Arsenal targeting Real Madrid youngster

Arsenal are reportedly keen on bringing Real Madrid youngster Marcos Llorente to The Emirates.

The 21-year-old was a part of the Spanish club’s youth structure since 2008 before making his first team appearance a year ago.

The 21-year-old has been tipped for a great future and is drawing attentions from all over Europe. The youngster is currently on loan at Deportivo Alaves for regular first team experience. The midfielder is due to return back to Real Madrid next summer and battle for a place in Zinedine Zidane’s squad.

Arsenal have reportedly been scouting the Spaniard for some time and are ready to offer him more first-team football than he could acquire in Real Madrid.

The Real Madrid youth star is on Wenger’s radar and the Spanish press are expressing that the Gunners are ready to spend a large amount to get their man.

Spanish outlet Don Balon has suggested that Arsenal have monitored the enormous capability of the 21-year-old and all things considered the Premier League club are willing to meet any asking cost demanded by the Los Blancos for their young starlet.

The report also claimed Arsene Wenger is excited at Llorente’s potential and considers him to be a player who could have an effect for 10 years at the Emirates.

Nonetheless, different sources, including The Daily Telegraph reported that there is a minimal possibility of Llorente leaving Spain as he despairingly wants to play for Real Madrid. His great-grandfather, grandfather and father all played for the club and the youngster wants to achieve the feat. Llorente has so far shown up for Madrid twice.

The Spanish giants have been hit with a transfer ban until 2018, which makes it vital for the club to keep on to their promising players and difficult for Arsenal to signing him. However, Arsene Wenger has previously poached away youngster from Barcelona with the likes Cesc Fabregas and Hector who have ensured Wenger’s eyes for the talent and both of them have made it big at the world football. And now it remains to be seen whether the Frenchman can pull it off or the youngster makes his way into Zidane’s squad.
