After saying goodbye to the national team, Xabi Alonso could now leave Real Madrid. The spaniard has reached an agreement with FC Bayern München according to reports.
Sources suggest that the two clubs are trying to negotiate a deal. After adding Mehdi Benatia, Bayern Munich could now add Xabi Alonso.
Los Blancos already sold Angel Di Maria to Manchester United and may now go for Marco Reus to strengthen their midfield. This summer, they bought Toni Kroos and Colombian youngster James Rodriguez and should they lure Reus, the galacticos will have a formidable line-up.
Alonso has made 158 appearances for Real Madrid since he joined the club from Liverpool in 2009. However, recently, he was not one of the first choices in the midfield and probably that led him to decide to move on.
